Wally's Amazing Adventure is a 2007 Australian-American animated comedy film directed by Tim Hill and written by Erma Burgess, Kellie Fernandez, Julia Watson, and Aaron Woodley.

Plot Edit

Wally and his friends go on an adventure to protect their home in Bushford, when a vain and mischievous koala named Jack Briskley attempts to submerge it in quicksand. They must stop Jack Briskley before it's too late!

Production Edit

Development Edit

In September 2002, Warner Bros. purchased the script for Wally's Amazing Adventure, written by Erma Burgess, Kellie Fernandez, Julia Watson, and Aaron Woodley, and based on the series Wally Down Under. The following month, Tim Hill was attached to direct the film. On January 6, 2004, the movie received financing from Film Finance Corporation Australia, with production expected to begin in March.

Animation Edit

The main animation for the film was done by Hammocks Digital Studios, Blue Light Films, and Flying Bark Productions in Sydney, Australia, with additional animation done by Yowza! Animation, Colorland Animation Productions, Neomis Animation, July Films, Sunwoo Entertainment, and Wang Film Productions.
