Jamie (a.k.a Operation Jamie) is a Carl's former best friend with the next one being Jimmy Neutron. He appears in the short film "Carl in Space". He also looks like Jimmy Neutron's happy clone from the series episode "Send in the Clones", only he has different clothing. He even appears on the short-lived British children's stop motion TV series from 1996, Operation Jamie.
